BLINK is an integrated software package that allows you to print Australia Post approved barcodes directly on all Microsoft Word generated form letters, labels, and/or envelopes.
Using data from an existing database or entering a new address, BLINK matches the address with the Postal Address File and adds the appropriate Australia Post barcode that can be printed as part of your typical Microsoft Word mail merge or document. Matched addresses can be corrected so that missing States or Postcodes are added and misspelt street or suburb names are corrected.

BLINK allows you to enter address data, including barcodes, into a MS Word document and/or database (MS Access or text file). The Paste Special function makes it possible to insert address data into any open Windows application.

BLINK is just $274 per licence (for the current Postal Address File and one free update). To continue receiving postage discounts you will need to take out an Annual Subscription which costs $197 per year (including GST). This covers the provision of the 4 quarterly updated Postal Address Files and also includes help desk support between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Please Note: One BLINK licence is required for every PC or copy of Microsoft Word.
The above costs are for Australian businesses. To dispatch Blink to overseas countries, the costs are $300 per licence (initially) and $220 for the Annual Subscription. |
